RasaBridge ("we", "our", "us") operates rasabridge.com and rasabridge.in (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Platform. RasaBridge is a free educational platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sessions, and does not store personally identifiable information. This is compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India). No consent banner is required for cookieless, non-personal analytics under current Indian law.

4. AI Learning Guide

When you use the AI Learning Guide, your questions are sent to Anthropic's API to generate educational responses. We do not store your conversation history. Please do not share sensitive personal, medical, or financial information in the chat. Anthropic's own privacy policy applies to API usage. We recommend reviewing it at anthropic.com.

5. Cookies

RasaBridge does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies. Basic browser session behaviour may occur as part of standard web functionality.

6. Children's Privacy

RasaBridge is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are under 18, please use this platform with parental guidance. Health-related educational content is general in nature and not tailored for children.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices. Our platform is hosted on Vercel's secure infrastructure. Since we collect minimal data, our exposure to data breach risk is limited. Your API interactions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

8. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

Know what personal data (if any) we hold about you
Request correction or erasure of personal data
Withdraw consent for data processing
File a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India

Since we collect no personally identifiable information, these rights are effectively already exercised by default.

Our Platform may reference external research papers, government sites, or educational resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before sharing personal information.
