RasaBridge is an educational platform. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.

1. Not Medical Advice

All content on RasaBridge — including herb profiles, condition descriptions, dosha information, research summaries, glossary entries, timeline content, and AI Learning Guide responses — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, dosage guidance, or supplement recommendations.

2. No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Use of RasaBridge does not create a doctor–patient, practitioner–patient, vaidya–patient, or any other professional healthcare relationship between you and RasaBridge or its operators. Do not rely on this website as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Herb and Supplement Safety

Information about herbs, botanicals, and Ayurvedic formulations on this site is drawn from traditional classical texts and published research summaries. It does not account for your individual health status, medical history, genetic factors, or current medications.

Herbs and botanical preparations can have significant pharmacological effects. They may interact with prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, or other supplements. Some herbs may be contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for individuals with specific conditions such as liver disease, kidney disease, autoimmune conditions, bleeding disorders, or cardiovascular disease.

Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any herbal or nutritional supplement, particularly if you take prescription medications or have a pre-existing health condition.

4. AI Learning Guide — Content Disclaimer

RasaBridge includes an AI Learning Guide powered by a large language model. Important limitations:

  • Responses are automatically generated and have not been individually reviewed by a healthcare professional or Ayurvedic expert
  • The AI Guide is explicitly configured to decline dosage requests and symptom-based diagnostic queries — it will redirect such questions to qualified practitioners
  • AI responses may contain errors, omissions, or information that does not reflect current scientific or clinical consensus
  • AI-generated content must not be used to make clinical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions
  • Do not submit personal health information, symptoms, or sensitive personal data into the AI Guide

5. Traditional Knowledge Context

Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine with thousands of years of history, documented in classical Sanskrit texts. Content on RasaBridge describes traditional Ayurvedic concepts as they appear in these texts and in published academic research. This does not imply that all traditional claims have been validated by modern clinical trials.

Where research evidence exists, we summarise it. Where it is limited or absent, we note that explicitly. RasaBridge makes no claim that Ayurvedic practices are equivalent to, superior to, or a substitute for evidence-based medicine.

6. Evidence Labels and Research Summaries

Research evidence labels shown on herb and condition pages reflect our editorial assessment of the general state of published literature at the time of content creation. They are not formal systematic reviews, meta-analyses, or regulatory assessments. Labels such as "Established Research Interest" or "High Research Volume" describe research activity, not clinical proof of efficacy or safety.

Evidence quality in this field evolves. Information may not reflect the most current scientific consensus. For academic or professional use, always consult primary peer-reviewed sources. See our Evidence Methodology page for full explanation of our labelling approach.

7. Serious Medical Conditions

RasaBridge includes educational content about serious medical conditions including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, epilepsy, cancer, and depression. This content is educational context only. It is not treatment guidance, and it does not replace specialist medical care. For serious, acute, or life-threatening conditions, always seek qualified medical attention immediately.

8. Dosha Assessment

The dosha quiz on RasaBridge is an introductory self-reflection tool based on traditional Ayurvedic constitutional theory (Prakriti). It does not constitute a clinical assessment, psychological evaluation, or medical diagnosis. Accurate Prakriti determination in classical Ayurveda requires in-person evaluation by a trained practitioner.

9. AYUSH and Regulatory Context

RasaBridge is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by India's Ministry of AYUSH, the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), or any government regulatory body. Content on this site should not be interpreted as representing official AYUSH positions or guidelines.

RasaBridge does not advertise, sell, or recommend any Ayurvedic product or medicine. We do not make claims that any herb "cures," "treats," "reverses," or "prevents" any disease or condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RasaBridge and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This includes any reliance on AI Guide responses. You use this website at your own risk.

11. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer periodically. Continued use of RasaBridge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
